Jeffrey William MORAN

Mr. Moran is an American business and investment consulting services professional with over 25 years of diverse functional and international experience in both private and public sector environments. He advises on market and non-market strategy and operations, transnational law and regulation, complex interdisciplinary investigations, and external relations in addition to commercial trade and capital investment sustainability. Mr. Moran is also a Steering Committee member of Artisan Capital Ventures.
Prior to co-founding TSM Worldwide LLC in 2006, Mr. Moran led teams in a variety of manufacturing, service, and special project environments. This experience includes leading strategic business development for a multi-billion dollar defense business unit of Honeywell Aerospace, cross-functional project management for Ingersoll-Rand, client-service and practice development for Deloitte Consulting, and distinguished military service.
Mr. Moran was recruited for US Army officer service in 1988. In 1991 he was selected for a two-year position in the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff after first interning with the US House Foreign Relations Committee and a former US Ambassador to the United Nations. He later served in two military attaché assignments in addition to holding responsible roles within the US Army’s Intelligence & Security Command, supporting US Special Forces and the National Security Agency, and on the Pentagon Joint Intelligence Staff (J2).
Mr. Moran has a BSFS from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and holds an MBA from Emory University. He also has an Executive LLM from the University of Geneva, an Executive Master in International Negotiations & Policy-making from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and holds professional credentials from the National Intelligence University, the Defense Acquisition University, and the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
